What is the return policy? 

  • Item must be unworn/unused and have original tags attached.
  • Item must be received In our shop within 21 days of purchase.
  • Customer will receive store credit. NO CASH REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping return back to us.
  • If return is due to a defective product, we will cover shipping.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS include: Clearance or discount items, perfumes/lotions, jewelry and accessories.

How soon will my order ship from the time I place it?

We cannot give an exact estimate of delivery, But we try out best to get your order out as soon as possible. Our stores are closed on Mondays but any other day of the week we will ship out your package. 

How do I track my package?

A tracking number will be sent to your email after a purchase.

What do I do if my item shrunk after washing?

If an item has shrunk due to the washer, The item is no longer available for return.
